Tsang, Chan & Woo, formerly known as Tsang & Chan, was set up by a group of experienced Hong Kong lawyers in 1992.

Since its establishment, Tsang, Chan & Woo has been maintaining a steady growth in terms of size and areas of practice. The present success of Tsang, Chan & Woo as a medium-sized law firm in Hong Kong is the result of the joint efforts of its partners, assistant solicitors and supporting staff for the past years.
